3DVIA 3D Communication Strategy Forum – November 10, 2011

Immediately following DSCC 2011, 3DVIA will be hosting the 3D Communication Strategy Forum. This half-day event is designed to promote an open dialogue and exchange of ideas between 3DVIA product leaders and industry representatives who are interested in exploring the use of 3D product communications.

Open to all Dassault Systemes’ customers attending DSCC, the forum will provide attendees with a detailed 3DVIA brand and product strategy, along with an exclusive preview of upcoming 3DVIA mobile and cloud solutions...

This year’s Collaboration and Interoperability Congress event will be held May 23-25 in Denver, Colorado. 3DVIA will be there in full force just like in previous years, to engage in conversations about improving the usability of 3D data in downstream applications and usages. Be on the lookout for Gideon and Kyle to answer any of your questions!

All day today we have been holding 3DVIA Composer sessions. Tomorrow, we will continue to hold these sessions, plus a whole series of presentations on 3DVIA Composer and 3DVIA Virtools. Here’s the agenda for Day 2.

This week in Weisbaden, Germany — it’s the 2009 tcworld conference, running from November 4th to 6th.

3DVIA Composer will be seen in several booths this year. Here are the booths for our direct resellers:

In case you missed it at DSCC, there was a great “man on the street” investigative report asking people about PLM and PLM 2.0. It’s really well done, a classic in the making!

Second, yours truly will be introducing the latest information about our full integration to ENOVIA SmarTeam on Tuesday @ 3:30 pm. You won’t want to miss it.

Third, Creaform is presenting “3DVIA Composer Combined with 3D Scanning Technologies” on Wednesday @ 4:00 pm. We actually solicited their help with a special marketing project we’re working on, but more on that later!

Watch our very own Henning Lochner introduce and present 3DVIA Composer and 3DVIA Virtools at this year’s European CATIA Forum. Henning will be presenting on Wednesday @ 2 pm (that’s 14h00). 

For three days between November 5th and 7th, 2008, Technical Communication was the center of attention at the Rhein-Main-Hallen in Wiesbaden. 3DVIA was there, and it was a big success for us at this year’s tcworld conference.

On Wednesday, October 15 @ 4:40 pm, visit Jean-Jacques Grimaud, Tod Cruikshank, and Abe Sahi as they discuss technical documentation challenges in the automotive industry, and propose solutions using 3DVIA Composer.

On Thursday, October 16 @ 8:00 am, sign up with Tod and Abe as they take you on a guided tour of 3DVIA Composer in the Hands-On Test Drive workshop. Sign up early, as space is limited!

3DVIA Composer will be presented in three separate sessions at DEVCON next week in Paris.

Newsflash: 3DVIA Composer has been added to the breakout session grid at COE!

Chris Williams, the General Manager of 3DVIA Enterprise, will host an in-depth session titled Revolutionizing Design Communication: Creating Product Information with 3DVIA Composer. This presentation and discussion will begin on Tuesday, April 29 at 4:30 pm, as part of the “COE Briefing Center #1” track, in the Australia 3 room. This news is so late-breaking that the COE website has not yet been updated with this information.
